GTA & Members at the Istanbul Tourism Fair 2026, Türkiye. On 24–25 September 2026, the Georgian Tourism Association -GTA together with its member companies, participated in the Istanbul Tourism Fair. The event brought together tourism professionals, destinations, tour operators, travel companies and industry leaders from across the region and beyond, creating valuable opportunities for B2B meetings, new partnerships and international cooperation. GTA’s participation supported the promotion of Georgia as a tourism destination, strengthened connections with international tourism markets, and created new opportunities for cooperation between Georgian and international tourism businesses. We are proud to represent Georgia and our members on an international platform and look forward to turning these new connections into long-term partnerships and joint tourism initiatives. CAREC Tourism Working Group Meeting| Uzbekistan 🇺🇿 From 9–11 September 2026, Georgian Tourism Association (GTA) and Georgian Tourism National Administration (GNTA) participated in the CAREC Tourism Working Group Meeting in Tashkent and Samarkand, Uzbekistan, supported by the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The visit included discussions on regional cooperation, tourism development, the work program under the regional technical assistance on Sustainable Tourism, Services Trade and opportunities to strengthen connectivity and partnerships among CAREC countries.
